Lisa Petrilli is passionate about the art of visionary leadership and bold ideas that are steeped in challenges. As an executive at Baxter Healthcare Lisa ran a $750 million business and a team of marketers while negotiating global licensing, commercialization and co-marketing contracts with pharmaceutical companies. She spent a year as an Executive Leadership Trainer at the Baxter Institute training corporate-wide executives on creating and communicating vision, leadership principles and strategies. Lisa has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Marketing, International Business & Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University’s Honor’s College and Kelley School of Business.

Steve Woodruff is the Connection Agent, a man on a mission to change the way business gets done by creating trust-based referral networks. An entrepreneur as well as a networker, Steve’s views of leadership have been shaped by working in small companies, and as a solopreneur, meeting the needs of very large corporations. Steve’s outlook is more revolutionary than evolutionary, and this shapes how he approaches 21st century leadership. Steve is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the father of five young men, one of whom currently serves in the U.S. Marine Corps.
